Sports Massages & Personal Training

Sports massage at Physiolistic is a useful adjunct to rehabilitation and treatment but is also useful for anyone with an active lifestyle as it provides a holistic approach to general body functioning and injury prevention. Our sports massage therapists believe in easing out muscle tightness to help restore normal movement.

How we treat

Initial sports massage sessions are 45 mins in duration with further sessions of either 30 or 60 mins. Our sports massage therapists use various massage techniques during their sessions which will be specific to your needs.

Personal trainers Kevin and Laura will design and help you carry out a specific training programme. These are individual 1:1 sessions in the Physiolistic gym. The initial session is normally 45 mins and further sessions are 30 or 45 mins.
