As there are many spinal structures that can cause lower back pain and sciatica (pain which radiates into the legs and feet) our physiotherapists are trained in the most up to date techniques and methods of diagnosis to establish the most appropriate treatment for you.


Both tailored exercise and manual, hands-on therapy have been shown to help acute and chronic lower back pain if they are applied to the correct patient in the correct manner at the correct times.
